UK Delivery

We’re proud to offer free UK delivery on all items across the site. This includes free Special Delivery (via Royal Mail or trusted courier) on all diamond and/or gold pieces, all other pieces will be sent through Royal Mail using their First Class Signed For service. A Tracking Number will be provided to you via email once we have received one. Dependant of the piece ordered we try and ship our in stock items out with 48 hours of purchase. However for bespoke items, please allow up to 8 weeks for fabrication and postage, should we expect an item to take longer to prepare we will let you know via phone or email. Unfortunately UK Delivery costs are non-refundable.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship our items internationally using trusted couriers and send our pieces out using tracked services. Dependant on the delivery location, please allow longer for delivery times. Following placement of your order, we will be in touch with a comprehensive international delivery quote which will include all applicable fees up to the country of delivery. There may be additional duties and fees to pay on arrival based on your region and we cannot be held responsible for any additional costings which will need to be dealt with directly and paid for by the purchaser. Unfortunately International Delivery and Duty costs are non-refundable.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy, defined from the date of shipment of an order. All pieces must be returned in their original packaging and must not be worn or damaged. We are not responsible for return delivery costs, which will need to be organised and paid for by the customer. We would strongly advise using a tracked service and will not be held responsible for any losses or damages in transit. If an exchange is requested, Scorpio Jewellery will be responsible for the organisation and payment of delivery costs from us to the customer only. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please get in touch via email to: [email protected] stating “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number in the subject line of the email and then specifying the reason for the request in the body of the email. A member of staff will then be in touch to advise you on the next steps to fulfil the request.
